Terence Crawford improved his record to 19-0 after his knockout victory over Sidney Siqueira on Saurday at the Wynn Hoel and Casino in Las Vegas. Crawford said that it took him a while to get comfortable in the ring but was satisfied with his performance.
"I think I did okay but I could have done better. I wish I was a little bit looser in the beginning. In the 4th, 5th and 6th rounds I started getting my rhythm," Crawford stated.
Crawford also said that he was under consideration to be part of the HBO broadcast when Orlando Salido had to pull out of his fight against Mikey Garcia with a finger injury. Jonathan Barros ended up subbing for Salido and the fight stayed on the televised portion of the card. Crawford said he hopes to get some exposure on television soon.
"I am ready for whoever my manager puts in front of me. I am just thankful to be here and be able to show my skills. I was going to be on HBO for this fight but Mikey Garcia was on the card instead. Hopefully it (getting on tv) happens soon," Crawford told Boxingscene.com.
