Toowoomba amateur boxer and current 57kg Australian champion Steven Spark will this Sunday take on Brisbane boxer and current 60kg Australian Champion Isaiah Farr in the main amateur fight at a pro/am at Mansfield tavern. This will be the third time the pair have faced each other and after winning one fight each, will both be looking to prove their dominance this Sunday.

“This will be a great fight between two in close fighters and we are looking forward to gaining the upper hand over Stevey,” said Mark Wilson, the trainer of Isaiah.

“This will be a good test for Steve, after beating the 54kg Australian champ two weeks ago and now stepping up to the 60kg division to take on someone who already has a decision over him, we are looking forward to another great win in what will be the fight of the night, amateur and pro,” said Spark’s trainer Brendon Smith.

Beating Isaiah will cap off a great achievement for Steven Spark which will see his stellar year continue and see him lay claim to being the best fighter in Australia in the 54kg, 57kg and 60kg divisions.
