Triple world champion Humberto 'Zorrita' Soto is hoping for much bigger things with a victory over undefeated rising contender Antonio Orozco. The fight is set for an HBO doubleheader on October 3rd at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.

Soto (65-8-2, 35 KOs) has won seven in a row since the loss to Matthysse. In his last fight, in September of 2014, he won a decision over John Molina in Las Vegas. Several scheduled fights fell through during the last few months.

'Relentless' Orozco (22-0, 15 KOs) is looking to get the biggest win of his young career.

"I know I have a tough opponent, a young, strong boy - but I also know that these are the type of fights that I have to get past. It's almost been a year without fighting between injuries and things that happened, so I had to come back and I will do so against a tough opponent," said Soto to ESPN Deportes.

If he wins, Soto would like to get revenge by facing Matthysse in a rematch - or Postol should he win.

"I know a lot is riding on this fight. I would like a rematch with Matthysse. When we fought with Molina we proposed it and he would not do it. I hope that a victory will get me closer to that. If I lose, I know that all of this to happen would be difficult," Soto said.
