German super middleweight Simon Zachenhuber, 28-0 (17 KOs), won a majority decision over unsung Namibian Paulinus Ndjolonimu, 19-1 (17 KOs), in the main event at the SNP-Dome in Heidelberg, Germany on Saturday night.

The fight was scored 99-91, 97-91 and 94-94. Ndjolonimu had two points deducted for low blows and reports from the fight indicate a close fight - where many felt the wrong man won. Heading into the fight, Zachenhuber was ranked number eight by the IBF and number 12 by the WBO while Ndjolonimu was ranked number four by the WBO.

On the undercard, United Kingdom-based German heavyweight Emanuel Odiase, 8-0 (7 KOs), stopped Bosnian veteran Srdan Govedarica, 13-12 (11 KOs), and won the vacant International German title.

Heavyweight Nelvie Tiafack, an Olympic bronze medalist at last year’s Paris Games, finally turned pro and stopped Pole Jakob Sosinski, 8-12-1 (3 KOs), in the second round.
