Ruben Guerrero, father and trainer of Robert Guerrero (33-3-1, 18KOs) has sent a warning to Angel Garcia, father and trainer of Danny Garcia (31-0, 18KOs). The two fighters will collide on Saturday night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

The vacant WBC welterweight title will be on the line. Garcia-Guerrerio headlines a Premier Boxing Champions event on FOX.

Ruben is predicting a systematic beatdown which is going to end with Angle throwing in the towel to save his son.

The fight will be the second fight in Danny's welterweight run. Guerrero has been there for a few years, which Angel believes will give them an advantage.

"We're going to show the world. We're warriors. We come to fight. The fans are going to love this fight. It all depends on if Danny comes to fight. I'll give him credit if he does. They're going to find out where Robert is at after this fight. Robert is a full-fledged welterweight. We're coming in light and ready to go," Ruben said.

"I don't get heated. I've been there before. I just say it as it is. Whatever comes out of my mouth comes out. They better be ready, because we're ready. Angel Garcia better be ready to throw in that towel, because Danny is going to take a beating."

Robert has been given some inspiration to capture the WBC world title. In 2013 he challenged Floyd Mayweather Jr. for the belt and was soundly beaten over twelve rounds.

The belt became vacant after Mayweather retired last September following a decision win over former champion Andre Berto, who Guerrero also holds a win over. Robert is looking to make a statement to everyone who believes he is no longer the same fighter.

"Having the world title on the line just adds fuel to the fire. We'll find out Saturday night how it all plays out," Robert said. "We've been training hard. We derailed off the tracks a bit, but we went back to square one in camp, back to what got me here in the first place. We put it back together.

"Going up against an undefeated fighter adds motivation to my drive. I want to defeat the undefeated guy, especially with this opportunity. I want to raise everybody's eyebrows. We're not going to let the fans down. If the opponent doesn't come to fight, I will. That's just the way I am. Whenever somebody watches me it's always exciting."
