BoxingScene.com caught up with three division champion Robert Guerrero at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Guerrero was scheduled to face Argentine puncher Marcos Maidana in August but had to pull out after injuring his shoulder.

Guerrero has since undergone surgery and has already started strength training on his shoulder. He  said that his rehab is on schedule and he should be ready to go early next year.

"I have already started strength training," stated Guerrero. "I should be back in the ring soon."

The Gilroy, California native advised BoxingScene.com that he wants the biggest fights out there which would be against Manny Pacquiao or Floyd Mayweather.

"I want the big fights. I would love to fight Mayweather or Pacquiao. With Pacquiao being with Top Rank and me with Golden Boy that fight might be trough to make but a fight with Mayweather should be a lot easier to make. I want Mayweather on May 5th," said Guerrero.
