Hall of Fame coach Freddie Roach, who trains WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, doubts CBS President Les Moonves will be able to deliver WBC/WBA welterweight Floyd Mayweather Jr. for a possible 2015 unification mega-fight.

Pacquiao's promoter, Bob Arum of Top Rank, has discussed the details of the mega-fight with Moonves. CBS is the parent company of Showtime, who have Mayweather under an exclusive contract. Pacquiao fights across the street, for rival network HBO.

Promoter have tried for several years to put that fight together. Roach doubts it will happen in the case.

"Will that dream ever come true? I doubt it. He's been ducking us for three and a half years now. He's shot, his legs are gone. Manny will knock him out. It's not even a fight anymore. The guy is all done. Just look at the [Maidana] fight. Look at his legs, laying on the ropes, he can't move anymore. He used to move constantly for twelve rounds. he cant do that anymore. He's right in front of you," Roach said .

"I've been waiting for three and a half years. What's to make me think it is going to happen. He hasn't signed any contracts. There have been no negotiations [directly with Mayweather] going on. Arum says there are talks. I talked to Les Moonves of CBS and he wants it also. But can they deliver? I don't think so."
