Paul picks up his second win a row since losing an eight round decision earlier this year at the hands of Tommy Fury.
August, a pro boxer was taking part in his second cruiserweight bout, but spent much of his career at light heavyweight.
The bout began with Paul bouncing in and out with punches. August landed a solid right that Paul took well. Paul was using the jab to keep August at bay. Paul landed a big uppercut that sent August down hard on his back. August was badly hurt and struggled to get up - as the fight was waved off.
