WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (48-0, 26KOs) took to the social networks to praise a man who may be his biggest fan on the planet.
The fan, Martin Villarreal, has covered his back with Mayweather related tattoos.
Fans have been known to get tattoos of their favorite teams, celebrities and even athletes- but Villareal took it to the next level.
He will probably shed a tear or two next Saturday night, when Mayweather steps inside the ring for what is being marketed as the final time in his 19 year career.
Mayweather will defend his 147-pounds titles against former two-time champion Andre Berto on Showtime Pay-Per-View from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. If he wins, Mayweather will match the 49-0 unbeaten record for heavyweight legend Rocky Marciano.
Most industry insiders expect Mayweather to return at least one more time, to get his 50th victory to close out his career and snap Marciano's record in the process.
