On the brink of moving from prospect to contender, Ofacio Falcon now has a promotional home.

The junior lightweight prospect from The Bronx, New York has signed with the New Jersey-based Rising Star Promotions, the company announced on social media. Falcon, 14-0 (8 KOs), made his debut with the company last month in Atlantic City, stopping Headley Scott in one round. Prior to that, Falcon had fought on several Top Rank cards at Madison Square Garden, getting significant exposure on the promotion’s annual Puerto Rican Day Parade card in New York City on the undercard of fellow Puerto Rican fighter Xander Zayas.

Falcon has also bounced around fighting twice in Costa Rica and once in Mexico.

“I feel like signing to RSP was a great move for my career. I feel like RSP has a great team of people that work together to put their fighters in the best positions to win possible,” said Falcon, 26.

Rising Star Promotions’ president Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna, a former title challenger who recently announced his in-ring retirement, is high on Falcon, a former amateur standout in the New York City scene.

“Very excited to add such a talent like Ofacio to the stable. Very underrated skill, I can’t wait to see how he does at the top level,” said LaManna.

Falcon is expected to return to the ring in April, when Rising Star Promotions returns to Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

“Heading into 2026 I feel excited to continue showing the world how great I really am and now even better with a strong team like RSP around me to help me make the right decision for my career moving forward,” said Falcon.
