Unbeaten Cesar "Junito" Seda, the number one ranked fighter under the WBO at 115 pounds, will in all likelihood challenge the champion Omar Narvaez of Argentina, according to his promoter Javier Bustillo. The fight would be held in Panama in late March or early April.

"We're going to fight in Panama. [Promoter] Gary Shaw is negotiating a fight with Narvaez. And we're trying to make in that country or the United States. To have it in Puerto Rico, I don't think that will happen because the champion is asking for an astronomical amount of money and we need television," Bustillo proclaimed.

Seda, 25, has a record of 20-0 with 15 knockouts while Narvaez, 35, has improved to 32-0-2 with 19 KOs.

The Argentinian champion is reported to have a set defense on Feb. 12 at home against Victor Zaleta. Whose record is 17-1, 9KOs.
