Juan Manuel Marquez intends to use his fourth fight with Manny Pacquiao to close the book on their rivalry, according to the boxer's strength and conditioning coach Angel "Memo" Heredia.

Memo spoke to Marquez a few days ago and asked him if a fifth fight with Pacquiao was possible - and Marquez rejected the possibility of that fight. He wants the brutal knockout of Pacquiao to remain as the final memory of their fight series.

Marquez is still chasing a fifth fight with WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley, who beat the Mexican veteran by split decision in October.

"That's what he told. He's comfortable with the KO and he wants to go home and remember it for the rest of his life. That's what he said. I asked him if the fifth fight was possible and he said 'no.' He said - 'Angel, that chapter is closed. I want to get the rematch with Bradley, I want to beat him and get the fifth title, then have a couple of fights in Mexico and then retire,'" Heredia said.
