Ricardo 'El Matador' Mayorga is already looking ahead to the future. In a few weeks, on August 29 in Los Angeles, the Nicaragua's veteran will face 'Sugar' Shane Mosley in a rematch of former world champions. In 2008, Mosley fought a close pitched battle with Mayorga and got a knockout victory in the twelfth and final round.

Mayorga, now 40-years-old, feels the upcoming fight will end with a quick knockout and the retirement of Mosley, 43-years-old.

He says 'grandpa' Mosley will fall within the first few rounds. After Mosley, Mayorga (31-8) wants to get a shot at the former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and has no issue with moving up to 168-pounds. Mayorga's fight with Mosley is taking place at 158.

"After Mosley I want Chavez Jr., and I will not stop until he gives me the opportunity," Mayorga said.

Chavez Jr. is returning on a date in November in his third fight of the year after going 1-1 after his two recent stints in the ring.
