Former welterweight champion Kell Brook still views himself a happily retired boxer, but he's also open to the possibility of a ring return for the right financial opportunity.
Brook retired last year, in the aftermath of his stoppage win over career rival Amir Khan. It was a contest that Brook had been chasing for several years.
One possible scenario that Brook is open to - is facing the winner of the upcoming rematch between Chris Eubank Jr. and Liam Smith.
Another possible option is undefeated welterweight Conor Benn. Back in May, the two fighters had physical confrontation while seated ringside for the Katie Taylor vs. Chantelle Cameron event in Dublin.
That scenario would depend on Benn's ability to fight, as the boxer is still dealing with an ongoing investigation with UK-Anti Doping and the British Boxing Board of Control - in connection to two positive drug tests from 2022.
At the moment, Brook is not thinking about a comeback.
"It's not really on the cards, it got talked about. I've told the world that I'm a retired fighter but if something comes along that excites me I'm willing to listen and maybe have a comeback fight," Brook told The Daily Mail.
"But it's got to be something exciting that makes me want to train hard for a fight instead of just going through the motions. It needs to be someone that gives me that adrenaline and I'm a prizefighter so I've got to get paid well. So, it's got to make sense in every, every avenue for me to actually step through those ropes again.
"On the British scene, for me, it's the winner of Liam Smith and Chris Eubank Jr. I could get up for that fight, another big fight is Conor Benn but I'm not sure what's happening with him with this verdict."
