Justice has yet to prevail in the murder trial of Kenneth Blunt, standing trial for the murder of professional light heavyweight boxer Julian L. Letterlough, who was gunned down after an arguement outside a Pennsylvania city tavern on July 8, 2005. The Reading Eagle reports that the jury is deadlocked, and will likley be retired.

Letterlough was shot numerous times, including twice to the head.

The jury was hung on charges of first- and third-degree murder and aggravated assault in the slaying of Letterlough. Blunt was already convicted of attempted murder for shooting at Letterlough's friend Donald F. Moore Jr. Moore could not identify Blunt as the shooter of Letterlough, as there were three guns in shooting and there was confusion between the jury as to who actually fired the bullet that killed Letterlough.

Assistant District Attorney Kevin F. Howard said the prosecution plans to retry the case. Senior Judge Albert A. Stallone scheduled a retrial in February.
