According to Juan Manuel Lopez (31-1, 28 KO's), he is 12 or 14 pounds away from the featherweight limit, and says that he is working at full steam for the scheduled rematch on March 10th at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum, when he faces Mexico's Orlando Salido for the WBO's 126-pound title.

"I'm doing very well thank God. I am about 12 or 14 pounds [away from the weight] and that is important and I am consciously working well in my preparations. Now we have a fighter called Hylon Williams (15-1) coming in from Las Vegas, Nevada. And Sixto Pizarro will be helping us for this fight," he said.

He said the hard work will be completed within a couple of weeks and then he plans to concentrate on keeping his weight on point to step on the scale at 126 or less on March 9.

"We will box as we were originally supposed to have done but this time we are going to come in there with a lot more focus. And we're ready to go to war if we have to. I would like to win this fight by knockout, but if necessary we will get the victory by decision. I have to fight him calm and keep my mind focused on what I do," Juanma said.
