Undefeated super middleweight prospect Jesse Hart (19-0 16 KOs) went 3-0 in 2015, winning each fight by knockout. The Philadelphia based fighter has high hopes for an even bigger 2016.

He revealed that his 2016 campaign will start in March in his backyard.

"March 18th in my hometown in Philly in the main event! It is going to be called The Homecoming. What better place than my hometown? I think it is going to be a great, great opportunity," Hart told BoxingScene.com.

"I have no idea on who the opponent is yet but the USBA ordered something. I have to fight a guy in their rankings to keep my USBA belt. I heard they offered a guy the fight and he got till Friday to respond. He's been sitting on it so I don't know what is going to happen."

The orginal plan was for Hart to fight on the undercard of next month's Terence Crawford-Hank Lundy HBO televised main event and then in the Manny Pacquiao-Tim Bradley undercard in April.

"Not all people know but I was supposed to fight in February 27th on the Terence Crawford undercard but they wasn't the case. I picked up the phone and called Bob, the greatest promoter in the world and he asked me what I wanted to do and I said if I can be in the main event at home versus on the undercard in New York I want to be the main event. I feel like it is time for me to start stepping out from that undercard type of atmosphere and instead being the main guy.

"The reason why Bob Arum is the greatest promoter is because of situations like that. He led me to this point. He's done a wonderful job with me and like I said, when you are with Bob Arum anything is possible. That's why he is the best promoter. Anything that you want to do he is going to make it happen and I wanted to fight at home," Hart explained.

The 26-year-old said there is still a chance that he could end up on the Pacquiao-Bradley card if he is uninjured in his homecoming fight.

"That is in the works but we have to see if I am going to be able to after this March 18th fight. God willing I don't get cut or hurt my hand. I definitely would like to be a part of that card," said Hart.
