IBF super middleweight champion James DeGale (21-1, 14KOs) is open to the idea of facing WBC champion Badou Jack (20-1-1, 12KOs) in a unification next April in Las Vegas.
Jack last fought on the Floyd Mayweather-Andre Berto undercard, where he won a twelve round decision over mandatory challenger George Groves. DeGale's only career defeat came at the hands of Groves in 2011. Jack's victory placed a sharp knife in a potential rematch plan between the two British fighters.
Another option that DeGale likes is Martin Murray, who takes on WBO super middleweight champion Arthur Abraham on November 21. DeGale will have to wait on that one, as Gilberto Ramirez is the WBO's mandatory challenger and the Abraham-Murray winner will have to face him next.
DeGale travels to Canada next month to take on hometown hero Lucian Bute on November 28.
Al Haymon advises DeGale and he also works very closely with Mayweather, who is the promoter of Jack. Making a fight between the two won't be difficult.
"I've got a lot of options," he told Sky Sports News HQ. "Murray's boxing against Abraham - if he comes through that can you imagine two Brits unifying titles? Fantastic. Obviously Badou Jack is the WBC champion so that's a possiblity for Las Vegas next April-time.
"I've got loads of options but - first things first - let me get through this one. The future's looking good, I'm feeling really, really fresh and I can't wait to box."
