Super welterweight Ivan Golub improved to 5-0 last night at the BB Kings Blues Club and Grill in New York City by stopping Rashawn McCain in the first.
Max Alperovich of Fight Promotions advised Boxingscene.com on Friday that Golub has signed on with adviser, Al Haymon, who adds to his ever-growing stable of fighters.
Golub, who originally hails from Ukraine and is now based in Brooklyn, is co-promoted by Fight Promotions and DiBella Entertainment.
He joins several other fighters from the Eastern Euro front who signed with Haymon, including Ievgen Khytrov, Ivan Redkach and Sergiy Derevyanchenko.
