Hard-hitting heavyweight Tye 'Big Sky' Fields, 36-1, 33 KOs, will be featured on Top Rank's big show at The Orleans Arena on Thursday, Jan. 25. He is scheduled to take on Kendrick Releford, 14-8-1, of Ft. Worth, Texas. Fields is managed by Billy Baxter who has worked with top boxing stars including Roger Mayweather, Vernon Forrest and Bruce Curry.  Fields lives in Las Vegas and is trained by Jesse Reid.

Fields is an amazing story: He grew up in 'Big Sky' country in Missoula, Montana; played college basketball at Oral Roberts University and San Diego State; didn't get involved in boxing until he was 24 years old.

"I never had an amateur fight," Fields said. "I had to learn as a professional."

Arum will outline the fight card at The Orleans which will include a world title match with light flyweights Ulises Solis and Will Grigsby.

The Solis vs. Grigsby title fight and Fields vs. Releford bout will be televised on the VERSUS network.

Tickets for the event are $100 VIP, $50, $35 and $20 and will be available at The Orleans Arena this week.
