Former two division world champion David Haye has evaluated the heavyweight division and hands down his top five at the weight class.

He views former world champion Deontay Wilder as the top three heavyweight fighter.

Haye had previously used Wilder as a sparring partner in the past and raved about his punching power during sparring sessions.

He doesn't rule out the possibility of Wilder winning a trilogy fight with Fury, targeted for July, to get himself back to the top.

"Number three [in the heavyweight division] is Deontay Wilder. Maybe this is as good as it gets for Wilder, or maybe not. Maybe his fight against Fury was like Anthony Joshua's first fight with Andy Ruiz Jr. It happens so you can't write Wilder off. He has wins over good fighters like Luis Ortiz," Haye told Sky Sports.

Haye rated the number one spot to Fury, with unified world champion Anthony Joshua in the number two seat.

"Number two is very, very close behind number one and is Anthony Joshua but only because he has a blemish on his record. That's the only reason. Joshua has only lost to Andy Ruiz Jr and rectified that in the rematch," Haye said.

Joshua is back on June 20th in London, when he defends the IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight titles against mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev.
