David Haye (19-1, 18KOs) made a statement in his heavyweight debut by crushing Poland's Tomasz Bonin (37-2, 20KOs) in less than two minutes of the first round at Wembley Arena on Friday night. Haye weighed a strong 217-pounds for the fight.

The European cruiserweight champion was making his first appearance as a heavyweight and beat the WBC's number 11-ranked contender, who's only loss before the bout was against Audley Harrison in 2004 (9th round TKO). Haye wants to keep active as a heavyweight to land a title shot in the near future.
