Floyd Mayweather Sr., father and trainer of WBC/WBA welterweight and junior middleweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (47-0, 26KOs), sees no reason for his son to face British superstar Amir Khan or IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook.

Mayweather is the favorite to win his upcoming fight, and both Khan and Brook are calling to face the winner of that contest.

"Khan or Brook? Floyd doesn't need [to fight] those guys. Why would he? There is nothing in those fights for him. It is not even in our thoughts. Training is going well and Floyd's right on track. He's in great shape," Floyd Sr. told The Mirror.
