Former four division world champion Evander Holyfield (44-10-2, 29KOs), who turned 50-years-old on Friday, explains the necessary tactics to defeat the world championship brothers, Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko.

Holyfield promised to retire on Friday, but on Thursday he turned his back on that promise and said he was still considering the possibility of continuing his career. Holyfield has been chasing the Klitschko brothers for several years, but neither brother has any interest in facing him.

"To beat Klitschko brothers you have to be strong and difficult to hit. You can not beat them if you stand within the range of their punches and get hit. The opponent has to be a smart, good fighter with extensive experience in the amateurs. They need to have great coaches who are are veterans," Holyfield said.

"You have to do different things in the ring, and be perfect on the inside. Probably I'm the only guy who does it so well. On the inside I'm great. I can box at a distance and up close. The Klitschko brothers do not fight on the inside. That's how you can beat them. On the inside they only look to clinch and get a little rest. If someone does not give them that opportunity, they can be peppered with punches and that would certainly get them in trouble."
