This advice is almost as good as the advice Lennox Lewis gives to Vitali's opponents.

Why didn't you use that same tactic the 2 times Lewis beat you?

Because Lennox also can fight inside, that's how he hit Vitali so many times.

Because Lewis was a superior inside fighter as well when he needed to be.

The heavyweights of today are so 1 dimensional. That is why the Klitschkos are so dominant. Holyfield is giving great advice. I truly don't think he has the stamina or legs to beat either of them now. He wouldn't be able to execute that game plan at this point in his career. But a prime Holyfield would beat both guys because neither have an inside game. Evander stuggled with Lewis and Bowe because they were both bigger than him and could fight on the inside. They both had viscious uppercuts and body attack. The Klitschkos are very good boxers with great skills, but they lack the skills on the inside to beat a prime Holyfield. I truly think they lack the stamina as well because Evander would take them in the trenches. He would make them fight 3 minutes of every round, plus he would attack their body. Evander in his prime was a very versatile fighter. That's what is needed against the 2 brothers. And what heavyweights are out there now that can say that? Its not the Klitschkos fault that these fighters in their era are not well schooled.

Also, you gotta take into consideration that Holyfield was already shot by the time he faced Lewis.

I partly agree, he was still part of the elite. But just couldn't pull the trigger against an ATG.
