Heavyweight prospect Dillian “The Villain” Whyte (13-0, 10 KOs) scored three knockdowns to put away Marcelo Luiz Nascimento (17-8, 15 KOs) in the second round of their contest from the Camden Centre in London.

Whyte defeated hot heavyweight prospect Anthony Joshua when the two of them were amateur fighters. Joshua would later move forward to win a gold medal at the London 2012 Olympic games and turned pro with Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Sport.

Whyte boxed three times in the space of a month after serving a two-year ring ban due to testing positive for a banned substance.

Whyte, 26-years-old, told the South London Press: “I don’t care about Anthony Joshua. He’s doing his thing and I’m doing my thing. If he wants a rematch, that is up to him. I’m not chasing him. I’m moving my career forward. I’m sure the British public would like to see him fight someone who actually comes to win.

“But there are so many good fights out there that I don’t need to beg. I’m building my career around me - not Joshua - and the heavyweight division is booming at the moment. It is not like there is one guy and I need to fight him. It would be nice to fight him and knock him out as a professional, because it’s the only thing I didn’t do as an amateur - I bullied him around the ring and bashed him up. I’d fight him any day of the week.”
