In a recent interview with Daily Mail, WBA heavyweight champion David Haye is backing unbeaten Derek Chisora to upset WBO/IBO/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko on December 11 in Germany. Even if he wins, Haye says Chisora will be a loser because he's tied to a contract which binds him to fight the Klitschkos three times.

"To get this fight Derek has had to commit his future to the Klitschko promoters if he wins. That would start with a next fight against Viitali Klitschko, probably followed by re-matches if beats them both," Haye said to the paper.

"And although people are treating his fight with Wladimir as a joke, I believe he is quick and powerful enough to win. I hope he does. It is a tall order for someone so inexperienced but like everyone in Britain I will be right behind him."

If Chisora is beaten, Haye expects the Klitschko brothers to face overmatched opponents. Many critics have given Haye the same verbal bashing over his upcoming fight with Audley Harrison on November 13.

"If he doesn’t pull it off, the Klitschkos will carry on looking for easy victories instead of entering realistic negotiations with me. People are saying my fight with Audley is also a joke but Wladimir and Vitali keep fighting guys who are 7-1 long shots," Haye said.
