WBA/IBO middleweight king Gennady Golovkin carved up the game Gabe Rosado with a balanced attack. GGG landed an avg. of 14 jabs per round (double the middleweight avg.), while landing 47% of his power shots. Rosado managed to land just 22% of his total punches.

Golovkin did seem like was landing about 2 to 1 with better quality, can't really fault that. If you told me before the fight Golovkin would have landed about 50% of his power shots, I would have figured the fight would have been very short but Rosado did show a lot of determination and more toughness than I though he had, still you would have though Golovkin would accomplish more in terms of hurting a poor defensive fighter like Rosado with that sort of connect percentage and his vaunted power (he did mess up Rosado's face something fierce though).

larry = golovkin was hit at will.
I'm still confused by this statement. I guess, in fairness, he did say "almost hit at will". If the shots that almost connected counts he sure was hit at will.
