Edison Reynoso, the manager and co-trainer of Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, is not paying any attention to the comments that are coming in his direction from Freddie Roach, the trainer of WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto.

Roach, in a recent interview with BoxingScene.com, said Cotto is going to box early, then break Canelo down, and then stop him in the late rounds.

The two boxers will clash on November 21st at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas as the headline fight of an HBO Pay-Per-View event.

Reynoso says Roach is not best when it comes to making these types of predictions.

"In his recent fights, Roach has not been so successful. He had the perfect plan for Pacquiao with Marquez [and Pacquiao got knocked out] and he had the perfect plan to beat Mayweather and [Pacquiao lost by decision]. So I think they are the words of someone who has not been very wise in their predictions and we will not take [his words] into account," Reynoso told ESPN Deportes.
