Bowe has obvious barin damage and should not be licensed to fight.

Evander would KO Bowe in 5 now, evander should have won the 3rd fight but he had hepatitis and low energy spurts

Ever so slight slur in his words. I thought he was supposed to be fighting again, he's not even training. He looked ok. What did he say about Evander? My speakers aren't working right .
