the headline is a bit ironic, u had the 147 ibf champ in boots & the 154 ibf champ who cant get the fights which has caused some to label him a 'bogey man', well boots being the ibf champ could have easily petitioned and made a 154 belt fight with the russian guy immediately like a lot of guys do but he didnt do that, he
