Top Rank is looking to match the two boxers in November, and Pacquiao is already on board with doing the match. Marquez is very hesitant to accept the fight and appears to be more willing to face someone else.

"[I don't know who Marquez will fight], but I'll tell you who I don't like [him fighting] - Pacquiao. At this moment, I do not see Marquez and Pacquiao fighting in November. We are going to see [what happens].  There are many possible fights. Next week we are going to sit down with Juan Manuel. I want to do a show in Mexico City on September 13 [Mexican Indepedence Day Weekend]," Beltran told Eduardo Lamazon.

Marquez's trainer, Nacho Beristain, hates the idea of a fifth fight. He would rather close out the rivalry with Marquez's knockout of Pacquiao, which happened in the sixth round of their fourth fight in 2012.

But, Marquez wants a fifth divisional title and Pacquiao holds the WBO welterweight crown. And Pacquiao presnts the biggest money making opportunity for the 40-year-old Mexican legend.

"I hate that fight. I do not like the promotion that they are giving [regarding the idea of staging] a fifth fight against Pacquiao. I would hate for him face [Pacquiao] again, because they already fought 44 rounds. I think it's already enough and let's leave Juan's victory over Pacquiao intact. It was historic, and let's not spoil something that happened," Beristain said to Alejandro Rodriguez.

"We are looking into the possibility of a fight for the welterweight title, but with another fighter."
