Undefeated Tyson Fury (21-0, 15KOs) has been calling for a fight with one of the Klitschko brothers. Johnathon Banks, heavyweight contender and trainer for unified champion Wladimir Klitschko, has advised Fury to fight fellow unbeaten Deontay Wilder (28-0, 28KOs).
After Wilder recently stopped Audley Harrison, he called for a fight with Fury. Banks says if Fury defeats Wilder - a shot at a Klitschko will certainly come next.
"I think Tyson Fury needs to fight Deontay Wilder. Deontay Wilder keeps calling him out. Once he beat Audley Harrison, he called out Tyson Fury. He wants to fight Tyson Fury. I guarantee you, if Tyson Fury fights Deontay Wilder, and he wins, his next fight will be against one of the Klitschkos," Banks said.
Fury is coming close to a shot without Wilder. If he beats Kubrat Pulev in a mandatory final IBF eliminator, he will become the mandatory challenger to Wladimir.
