Rapper turned boxing promoter 50 Cent has continued his public attack, via social networks, at former friend Floyd Mayweather Jr. (43-0, 26KOs). The former friends engaged in a war of words on Friday. It continued, at least from 50 Cent, on Saturday night. 50 Cent is making a public push for a fight between Mayweather and former champion Yuriorkis Gamboa (21-0, 16KOs), who the rapper promotes under his SMS Promotions banner.

For two days, 50 Cent has claimed that Gamboa is mad at Mayweather because the boxer withdrew from a planned business venture. 50 Cent was trying to establish a promotional company called TMT Promotions. He believed Mayweather would be his partner on the venture, but Mayweather backed away from the company. 50 Cent would later create his current company, SMS Promotions.

A meeting between Mayweather and Gamboa is not realistic. Mayweather last fought at 154, while Gamboa last fought as a super featherweight. Mayweather is capable of dropping down to 147, but even then the two boxers are miles apart. 50 Cent has offered a side of bonus, of $20 million dollars, to bait Mayweather into the fight.

"Gamboa is the truth. Gamboa is mad, Floyd. He gonna beat [your] ass man. He's moving up in weight," 50 Cent wrote.
