Do you Ever get Bored of Boxing?

Sometimes I get bored especially when they dont build up the fighters. I do get excited when big fights are on like pavlik vs taylor, pacquiao fights, the floyd jr vs hatton and vs oscar was start studded.


but it seems that Boxing promoters dont care on marketing and doing the hardwork anymore of getting a publicist getting there fighters constantly in the spotlight and interviews on radio, tv etc.
Tonight I first time in the long time fell asleep during the fight of williams vs quintana.

I think also they need to promote Andre Berto more how the hell can they get there name out there?

This is why stuff like MMA is doing a good job they know how to hype and get exposure and they won over the young white kids and teen girls which is plenty.

its hard for me to get excited with no build up.

I like fights to be built up.

they need to build up fighters like they do in ufc and hype them up.

sometimes the fights can really make me puke especially when that Dirrell kid was fighting stevens he was running and just touching stevens to the end. I fell asleep.

but then there are fights that get me off my chair like Bika vs codrington that was a Fight not a boxing match that was a real blood and guts winner takes all balls to the wall style.

Mayweather sometimes he can be nice to watch with the right opponenet like hatton who was aggressive.

but spinks board me the only fight I liked of his is when zab judah knocked him out bad in the rematch that was his most exciting.

and to me he lost the mayorga fight, that was lame.

to be honest this williams vs quintana fight had me dosing off.

no build up or nothing I mean its on HBO and they had this fight lackluster.

I think they need to bring back kevin kelley instead of lennox lewis.
