    Canrus's log made me think it would be cool if we all posted what we did each day on one thread... maybe sticky it if enough people get on board. This could be a good way to help motivate eachother. I'm sure this has been done before but I don't see anything active so lets start a new one. I'll start with my entry for yesterday.


    4-26-07

    am: 30 minutes stationary bike
    pm:
    6 two minute rounds alternating shadowboxing and rope
    12 two minute rounds alternating sparring and heavy bag
    500 situps, 200 pushups
    4 three minute rounds sparring

    No takers eh? I thought some of you guys working out 5 hours a day would be into this...

      today i

      jumproped 3 rounds
      shadowboxed 2 rounds
      heavy bag 5 rounds
      round heavybag 4 rounds
      hit round heavy bag barefisted for 2 rounds
      speed bag 2 rounds
      Jump roped 3 rounds

      right now i might go do some running and other stuff.

        I talked about doin this 3 days or so ago.Now this guy makes a thread about it? Damn thats some crazy **** huh animal?

          I nursed a big dirty hangover all day...

          It's the end of exams, so for the next 4 days, I'm an alcoholic.

          Maybe I can find someone at the bar to "spar" with...

            you got snatched, you should have made it then. It would be nice to see the guys that train daily routine, probably get alot of lies though from some of these dudes. "I went light today and did 4,000 situps and 18 rounds

                Well to be honest, I am not training muhc today, and none tommorow, school cross country on monday. but then resume normal training i guess.

                Sometimes I do a lot, I always get up to run no matter what, some days I may only do an hour, some maybe 3-4. It just depends.

                    my bad, didn't mean to steal anyone's ideas. I didn't see if it was mentioned before. Great idea none the less. I went to school then went to work right affter sooo tired but I'm gonna do an "explosive strength" workout. Running at 1 am is played out it's all about the working all day then coming home tired and THEN working out. : p
