-jog 3/4 mile
-jog 1 mile carrying 100lb heavy bag with partner
-up downs(?)on curb... bringing one foot up at a time and then down.. like running in place sort of. 2 minutes
-hop ups. 2 minutes
-sprints
-10 incline pushups, 10 decline pushups, 10 up downs, sprint. repeat 3 times
-10 leg extensions, 10 incline pushups, 10 decline pushups, 10 up downs, 10 hops, sprint. repeat 3 times
-14 40 yard (apr) dashes
-about 10 minutes bag work: burnouts, jabs, and back punches
-about 20 minutes of padwork
-medicine ball ab workout
-10 minutes rope

I was gonna spar today but I guess the trainer changed his mind, he asked me to spar and get ready so I got ready and then after a few rounds they stopped and I had been takin it slow warmin up for nothin. It messed up my whole rythim, I was also havin stomach problems and had those little throw up burps while trainin...
So I kinda jumped rope/ shadow boxed for about three rounds getting ready to spar.
Then 4 rounds on heavy bag
3 rounds on "round uppercut" heavybag
1 round double end bag
2 rounds speed bag
light, but i was fellin like dirt...

-hold legs 6 inches
-torso twists
-feet up, arms out
-alt knee ins and bicycles
-elbows & toes (plank hold)
-right elbow & toes
-left elbow & toes
-v-ups
