Im looking to innovate and learn correctly how to approach someone who uses the philly shell/crab w.e you want to call it........a lot of people ask how to use it effectively but I dont see much on how to beat it!

Anyone have specific fights on a fighter using this style stance and it back firing on him? Also what do yous like to do when sparring someone w. the mayweather look?

just make sure your timing with the right is better than his shoulder timing. a lot of fighters fail using the PS, fighters like Floyd, Toney and Charles used it effectively but as a whole most fighters don't use it well enough for it to be effective.

You can usually nail a guy right on his floating rib with a cross right above his left arm guarding his body

also feinting can tire a ****ty philly sheller out fast as well, faking jabs and crosses etc

Biggest issue is how much skill is required to effectively use the philly shell, you arent going to run into a mayweather or toney in the amateurs so dont worry about them
