Pac's win over DLH is debatable. He did beat an old, weight drained and uninterested Hoya. His win over Hatton, while a great victory - doesn't really show what he can do at 140. There isn't anyone else at 140 that could challenge him.

So he'll need to go up to 147 and beat a few of the top guys.

But no way, at the moment is he Top 30.

not for me anymore, that was real, De La Hoya just couldn't touch him.

The guy is the fastest, but crucially he's carried his power up with him.

Anyweyz as for top 10-30 all time, I saw ESPNs list but I don't know how one can argue Pac's placement without having much knowledge of every single fighter on that list. I mean how many people can honestly recount Stanley Ketchel's achievements and significance victories without checking out Wikipedia....

Even if you leave out a few of those guys we could sit here and bring up 10 more who have better resumes than Pacquiao.

I know some don't like this list but who on here that is notable to you outside of maybe Chavez(and he even has a billion wins) would you put Pacquiao ahead of?

Nevertheless, it's a worthy debate. Manny Pacquiao is an ATG IMO and is fast moving up the top 50. I'd put him in there already and he could potentially slide into the top ten with a win over Mayweather. God forbid he beat another welter champ too.
