His resume doesn't hold up. His 2 best wins are Morales and Barrera. One was weight drained in the second bout and was nothing for the 3rd fight. Hatton, Marquez. Hatton decent. Marquez very good fighter. Mayweather ATG with a good not great resume.

There are plenty fighters who have better resumes than Manny. Evander Holyfield, George Foreman, Roy Jones, the list goes on...he would surpass RJJ if he beat Floyd tho.

Why do you put saddler in the top 30 when he was beat by a man Pacquiao is considered greater than in the Philippines? If your gonna use weight drained this and that excuse. You don't make sense. if manny beats floyd, he easily gets into top 15 for me, and if he beats a cotto or a mosley as well......then seriously dude he'll be a seven weight champ with crazy wins, he'll be a shoo in top 10

Enough with the weight divisions Floyd went from 130-154, facing average opposition at times. Pacquiao didn't just stock up on food and move up his body grew into it. The weightclasses business is really overrated...opponents is all that matters.
