What's the deal with the heavy bag with numbers on it?

BTW your home gym has more expensive bags than the gym I go to train at across town. You must be rich.

Nah dude...far from it! Just lots of patience and bargain hunting. The bag with the numbers is the Teddy Atlas Everlast bag...basically the same training routine that Cus D'Mato began by calling out numbers assigned to punches, except it's a different format that the standard 1-jab, 2-right, etc. that we grew up on. It's pretty cool...comes with a cd of Teddy calling out combos for you to throw over 10, 3 minute rounds (I think it's 10 rounds).
