              no cuz margarito was not on the list when williams beat him
              it would be like putting chris john on the p4p rating based on his win over jmm

                  john/marquez was 3/06. pw/marg was 07/07 just a year ago and im sure the quintana 1st ko had some weight too. knockin out top ww that quick makes statement,

                    yeah but margarito just got in the list in 2008
                    marquez was already on the list on 2007
                    anyway quintana its not a big enough name to get u into the p4p list specially when u were a big favorite on both fights
                    i think cotto should still be 10 his record is far more impressive
