We could see a potential meeting between hard-puncing featherweights Daniel Ponce De Leon (37-2, 31KOs) and Daud Cino Yordan (29-0, 19KOs) of Indonesia. According to a report in ESTO, the two would battle for the interim-WBA featherweight title and the bout would take place on the January 30 undercard to the welterweight unification between Shane Mosley-Andre Berto in Las Vegas.

De Leon has won three fights in a row since being stopped by Juan Manuel Lopez in one round last June. Some may remember Yordan as the fighter who was giving Robert Guerrero all he could handle on HBO in March. The fight was stopped in the second round and ruled a no-contest when Guerrero was unable to continue from a cut that was sustained from a clash of heads.
