Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury are to meet in a final world title eliminator on July 26, promoter Frank Warren first announced on his Twitter feed.

The British heavyweight rivals will clash at the Phones 4U Arena in Manchester in a rematch of their fight three years ago when an out of shape Chisora dropped a wide points decision to Fury.

The winner will go on to challenge reigning IBF, WBA and WBO champion Wladimir Klitschko, according to Warren.

Chisora has vowed to avenge his 2011 defeat to Fury at Wembley Stadium when they collide for a second time in an eagerly-awaited domestic heavyweight showdown.

"I'm excited. I'm looking forward to this fight," Chisora told talkSPORT.

"Tyson has got one over me and he thinks he's the greatest fighter in Great Britain, but he's not.

"He hasn't fought any proper fighters, he's only been fighting cab drivers."

Fury responded to Chisora's taunt by branding his rival a "journeyman".

"Chisora could be one of those cab drivers because I've already beaten him once," Fury said.

"We're the best heavyweights in Britain and it will prove who should take on Klitschko.

"Chisora is nothing more than a glorified journeyman. I'm going to show you how much of a bum he is on July 26."
