Video: Canelo Discusses Lara Clash, Pacquiao, More

San Diego, California - Luis Sandoval catches up with former WBC/WBA junior middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, to discuss his upcoming fight with WBA 'regular' junior middleweight champion Erislandy "The American Dream" Lara, which is scheduled to headline a Showtime Pay-Per-View event on July 12th from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Canelo talks about his training camp, tactics for Lara, a possible catch-weight fight against Manny Pacquiao and more.

Well Canelo is a good boxer and props to him but i think LARA will beat the Sh*t out of this little freckled kid. He gonna whoop that :spank: and make him look like a little btch :op:

I liked Canelo. He is a good boy and I'have to recognize I thought he will never accept the fight with Lara. My compliments to him for that but I don;t think he will able to defeat Lara on decision…

Pac fight won't happen, and I wouldn't blame either fighter. The weight issue just seems insurmountable. Also, I love Canelo's attitude. I'm officially rooting for him to beat Lara.
