A Tokyo press conference to confirm that Abema TV, a Japanese internet company will broadcast live and exclusively on the internet,  the fight for the interim super bantamweight title of the World Boxing Council, between WBC number two ranked Tomoki "Mexicanito" Kameda (35-2, 20KOs) and number one ranked, plus European champion Abigail Medina (19-3-2, 10KOs), on November 12 at Korakuen Hall of Tokyo.

It`s the first time that a world boxing championship in Japan will be broadcast live on the internet through a platform designed for smartphones.
 
In the press conference, Tomoki "El Mexicanito" Kameda, the native of the city of Osaka, Japan and now a resident of Tokyo, said it`s a joy, satisfaction and honor to star in  this historic moment on  Japanese and worldwide media. The card is named  "The great resurrection of the Kameda Family".
 
"Mexicanito" Kameda, who started his professional boxing career in Mexico, commented: "Now we are in a time of internet and smart phones, I hope that a large number of people will see my fight for the WBC title.  I will offer a spectacular fight to satisfy the enthusiasm of the Japanese fans."

IN OTHER NEWS: Having conquered the WBC International Silver super lightweight belt, Pablo César Cano is aiming for the absolute title.
  
Cano received this belt he won last month in Las Vegas, when he defeated Kazakh Ruslan Madiev via technical decision, expressing his joy and his desire to achieve yet more.
 
"I am very happy for this opportunity that the WBC gave me. We took advantage of it and this victory will allow us to get into the highest position in the rankings. Our goal is to fight for the world title."
 
Cano`s intention is to defend his current title before the end of the year.
