Light heavyweight prospect Tommy Fury is apparently a free agent after parting ways with veteran promoter Frank Warren.

Warren, who co-promotes older brother, WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, signed up the younger Tommy when he decided to turn pro in 2018.

Fury had his biggest fight to date back in February, when he traveled to Saudi Arabia to secure an eight round decision over social media star turned boxer, Jake Paul.

There was talk of Paul exercising an immediate rematch, but he would instead finalize a fight with MMA veteran Nate Diaz on August 5th in Texas.

Fury is currently in talks to have a fight with another social media celeb who turned to boxing, KSI.

"We're not involved in that. We're not involved. We had our last fight with him, which was the last one. We had a good relationship but we're doing our thing and he's doing his thing and I wish him all the best because he's a lovely fella," Warren told BT Sport.

Last month, Fury was ringside when KSI fought Joe Fournier. In the aftermath, Fury would enter the ring and nearly came to blows with KSI as they went face to face and began to trade words.

KSI believes the contest is going to happen and he's already started training for the fight. There appears to be a few items remaining that have to be agreed upon in order to secure Fury's signature on a contract.

"I am training for that fight. Negotiations are going back and forth, we're just waiting on Tommy essentially. We've just gotta do a few things to make sure it's all perfect, but it's very, very close. I'm training, I'm getting ready for that fight, that's what I want," KSI told The Misfist Youtube channel.
