WBA welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao is looking ahead to big fights in the future - but certain boxers are not on his radar.

Last month at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Pacquiao showed all of the critics that age is just a number, when the 40-year-old boxer won a twelve round split decision over undefeated Keith Thurman to win the WBA belt.

Among them is Thurman, who wants a rematch with Pacquiao in the near future.

“You know, I got a lot of respect for him. I still think that the fight was nothing more than a draw. You know, I don’t really think that he won the fight,” said Thurman to TMZ. “Where’s the contract, Pac? Sign the contract."

And another boxer want to settle some "unfinished business" is Jeff Horn, who back in 2017 won a controversial twelve round decision over Pacquiao to capture the WBO welterweight strap.

According to Sean Gibbons, the president of Pacquiao's company, MP Promotions, there is no interest in a Thurman rematch or a second fight with Horn.

“No. Nothing to prove. [Thurman] had his shot. Game over,” said Gibbons to the Philippine Star. “Horn who? Another desperate guy.”

Two of the names that Pacquiao would be interested in - are former four division world champion Mikey Garcia and former two division champion Danny Garcia.

And of course, Pacquiao wants the rematch of his biggest career fight, which took place in 2015.

“We want (Floyd) Mayweather,” said Gibbons.

Mayweather retired back in August of 2017, when he stopped UFC superstar Conor McGregor. While Mayweather continues to tease a ring return, and a rematch with Pacquiao, he also claims to have zero interest to return to the ring.
