The undisputed welterweight championship fight and Showtime pay-per-view between Errol Spence Jr. and Terence Crawford will cost $84.99 to purchase, Stephen Espinoza, Showtime’s president of sports and event programming, told BoxingScene.com in an interview.

The $84.99 price tag for the Spence (28-0, 22 KOs) and Crawford (39-0, 30 KOs) fight will be the same cost as Showtime’s most recent PPV event headlined by Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia, an event that sold nearly 1.2 million PPVs on April 22.

Espinoza said the Showtime-produced event will consist of four fights, and the PPV portion of the show will begin at 8 pm ET / 5 PM PT. One of the four televised fights will be a bout between lightweights Isaac Cruz and Giovanni Cabrera. The event will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and headline a Premier Boxing Champions card.

Espinoza also said that the fight will be complemented by three episodes of Showtime’s Emmy Award-winning “All Access” series. The first episode will debut on July 8, and the second will follow on July 15. There will be an epilogue show following the fight as well.

The fight will mark Spence’s fifth consecutive fight being featured on PPV, and the second straight PPV overall with Showtime. His three previous PPVs were on FOX.

The free agent Crawford will be fighting as a headliner on Showtime for the first time in his career.

“We’re thrilled to be delivering this once-in-a-generation fight,” Espinoza said. “This fight speaks for itself. Two of the best fighters in the sport fighting to make history. If you were going to create the perfect fight, it would look a lot like this. Two of the best and most skilled fighters in the sport, two fighters with knockout power, and all-action fan-friendly styles. This fight is so evenly matched that the betting odds are almost dead even. We’ve got history on the line, and fighters who’ve overcome adversity and with big and enthusiastic fan bases.”
