Shawn Porter: record, next fight and profile →

Naoya Inoue’s May 6 defense of his undisputed junior featherweight titles will be his sixth consecutive bout in his native Japan.

In a topic that has divided fight fans, Shawn Porter thinks Tim Tszyu’s original opponent, Keith Thurman, might have presented him with more problems than late replacement Sebastian Fundora.

Former 154-pound titlist Ishe Smith joins cutman Jacob “Stitch” Duran, former welterweight champion Zab Judah and champions-turned-commentators Timothy Bradley and Shawn Porter in the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame class of 2024.

Keith Thurman has at least one last thing to check off before his career is over, but he'll first have to get through Tim Tszyu in a catchweight bout of 155 pounds on March 30.

It wasn’t the most sagacious decision considering the end result, but Ugas was determined to prove that he could go Mano e Mano with one of the best fighters around.
